We are Mary and James. We are coffee farmers and live in a small village in Nyeri Kenya, 20 kilometres from the Aberdare National Park. If you dream of waking up to the chirping of weaver birds, and the sound of a rooster in Central Kenya surrounded by the jasmine smell of flowering coffee- then we are the right homestay for you.

KEDOVO Farm House is Located at the foothills of The Aberdare Ranges in the Central Highlands of Kenya and about 150 kilometres - a 3-hour drive - from Nairobi. We enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Kenya to the northeast. We are only 20 minutes from Nyeri Town and five (5 ) minutes drive off the Nairobi - Nanyuki Highway. Our house is a typical Kenyan bungalow with a nice patio overlooking Mount Kenya, which is visible on clear-sky days.

Staying with us will give you an intimate glimpse into the lives of small coffee producers and what life is truly like in rural Kenya. You will share meals with us and attend family and community events. You may, however, prefer our private accommodation in which case you will be facilitated as need be.

At KEDOVO Farm House you will explore some of the many attractions in the surrounding area of Nyeri and along the Mount Kenya Tourism Circuit and of course experience rural village life. Our homestay's activities include:

- Recreation- sightseeing, visiting nearby tourist areas eg local parks, mountains, etc
- Cook meals together and share favorite recipes
- Coffee production & Processing.
- Sharing stories and photos about your family and friends back home
- Meeting extended family members over meals and family gatherings

- Participating in local community development work eg at the schools
